not sure who did this, but i like it..
there were about 30 empty condos all inhabited by different galleries, this is a view from the outside. 
the next day we took an impromptu drive out to the beach just past coney island. the walk through the reeds to the beach was probably the best part.. the beach itself look like a dump truck exploded. but the sun roof, sunset, and fireworks made up for that too i think.
